"I couldn't believe how easy paddling was after our lesson. After a lifetime spent paddling canoes, I'm never going back. For the first time, I could turn a boat with very little effort or thought. Thanks to you, my good teachers at Kit's Crusades!"

"What a great environment the outdoors is to learn and play. My students and I really enjoyed our day on the water with you and I hope to make it an annual excursion."

Corporate / Community / Groups
Trips / Custom Day Trips
We offer good times and skill
development to a variety of custom groups. We have hosted large
corporate groups, school groups, ESL classes and local
high school classes for years. It's your call -- the duration
of your kayak lesson can be anywhere from 3 hours to a full
day.
Usually, each day trip starts with a brief introductory lesson
or a refresher for more experienced paddlers. After
a short intro, we "get Pacific" and paddle for about an
hour before beaching for a picnic. From there we can either return to our launchsite or paddle further, all decisions are made by a group consensus.
In past years, groups have included
professional hockey teams, rugby teams, high school PE classes,
corporate staff outings, special needs groups and even
a group from a senior's centre on the North Shore. **
