BEGINNERS CUSTOM DAY TRIPS

We can design a tour for your group or family. Let us know what your needs are and we can work together to create a memorable experience.

We expect that most of our guests on custom group trips are first time paddlers. In fact, it is our past experience that many 'groups' have found this cooperative style learning for the very first time to be a rewarding and exhilerating experience. Such learning fosters congeniality among staff outings and the like.

All one needs to enjoy these lessons / day trips is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn from new exeriences.

INTERMEDIATE CUSTOM DAY TRIPS

Sharpen your skills and raise your confidence, by learning how to eliminate inefficient movement in the basic strokes. The real beauty of this class is that it is available all year round -- we are on the water nearly every weekend throughout the winters.

Learn tequniques such as: braces, hip-flicks, draw strokes, rudder strokes, blending strokes, sweep strokes and capsize rescues. Gain confidence and good technique.

ELDERS PADDLING COURSES - (60 +)

Using the progressive learning concepts, in the first two classes learn how to feel confident and comfortable in a deluxe sea kayak. Then put all of this into practice with a three hour guided tour of the sheltered harbour of Deep Cove and Indian Arm.
