Day Trips Guided from North Vancouver, B.C.
Our short day and night trips are perfect for beginners, intermediate and professionals. Your tour will involve a brief introduction of the equipment and a quick learning of the basic strokes and will be hosted by qualified guides with many years of experience. Extended Multi Day Trips & Tours
The multi day trips also referred to as extended tours are the most exciting of all. Everything is included in these trips including food, meals, kayak accessories a professional photographer and of course our trained guides and cooks. We have a wide variety of excursions starting in June and running to late summer. All kayaking tours are booked on a first come basis and include scenic areas of Vancouver Island, and world famous island destinations. Some of our breathtaking B.C. destinations are Johnstone_Strait, Hotham_Sound, Kyuquot_Sound, Nootka_ Sound, Princess Louisa Inlet, Nelson Island and the Clayoquot Sound on Vancouver Island.
Group Lessons and School Instruction
Our kayaking company located 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver and 30 minutes from many lower mainland cities offers customized lessons for high school students, corporate groups, seniors, back-packers, families and anyone wanting to learn how to kayak. Our casual clinic starts with a brief introductory course and is taught in an outdoor school like environment. Rates, prices and information
All our prices are in Canadian dollars and included all B.C. and Canada federal and province taxes. Our trips are filled on a first to pay basis and require a 50% deposit upon booking. They include one or more guides, instruction, all equipment including camping gear and a professional cook. Rentals are rented on an hourly basis and include all accessories. Kit's Kayak Crusades does not use cheap quality kayaks and only uses fiberglass sea kayaks made by Nimbus. If you have groups of 8 or more then you may qualify for a discount. Animal watching
As we glide along in our top of the line fiberglass ocean built kayaks always remember to keep an open eye for all signs of wildlife. Our guides are specialy trained to know exactly when the animals come out of hiding (just kidding) but seriously our guides know what to expect from nature at certain areas during the day and will give you advance notice of possible upcoming animal sightings such as orca whales, bear, seals, otters, sea lions, eagles and various mammals and ocean living creatures.
